How do I place an order?

Method 1: 3 easy steps!

Step 1. Select an item you like and add it to your shopping cart

Step 3: Choose shipping method (prepaid/cod) and fill in the required details

How will my order be delivered to me?

We have tied up with reputed courier companies who will deliver the product at your doorstep with 3-5 working days

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Call or email us at if you are unsure about your order status.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. You can also check your order status using one of the following methods below:

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, one exchange is allowed per order however please note the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

* Please note no return or exchange is allowed on items purchased during special sale events such as Festive Sale, Holiday Sale, End of season Sale, Winter Clearance etc.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

No, you have to place another order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via a range of payment methods:

– Visa/Master Card/Mastercard/Diners Credit cards and astercard/Visa/Maestro Debit cards
-Net Banking
-Cash on Delivery (COD)
-PAYTM wallet

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

Yes, there is a flat charge of Rs.30 for COD orders.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?

No problem, you can pay using your card or through net banking.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Call us on our customer care number and we will help you place your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will usually dispatch your product within 24-48 hours and deliver it within 3-5 working days.

Are there any shipping charges?

We charge a shipping fee of Rs.50 per item. The COD charges are flat Rs.30 extra.

What is the buyer return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days from delivery subject to the following terms and conditions being met.
1. Product should be unused
2. All original tags should not be removed from the garment
3. The original invoice should be returned along with the product
4. Product should be received by us in sealed condition
*Please note the shipping charge and the COD convenience fee (applicable for COD orders) will be non-refundable.  There is an additional charge of Rs.100 for first item and Rs.50 for every additional item if reverse pick up will be arranged by us. The amount of the returned product will be refunded as store credit.

*Please note if you have used a coupon, all items will have to be returned. We do not allow partial returns however one time exchange is allowed.

* Please note no return or exchange is allowed on items purchased during special sale events such as Festive Sale, Holiday Sale, End of season Sale etc.

Step 1: Call us on our customer care number (011-69418046) or email us at stating your order number and return request.

We will process your return request and arrange a reverse pick up. For certain pincodes where reverse pick ups are not possible, you will have to ship the product back to us using a reputable courier service and send us the tracking ID (in this case we will reimburse you with a maximum of Rs.65 once we receive the product).

Step 2: Ensure the product is securely packed. Do not remove the product tag from the garment. Include the invoice and please clearly mention the return address:

Step 3: In case of reverse pick up, someone from our logistics team will come collect your product within 72 hours. Please ensure you are available to handover the product to be returned to our logistics partner.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse it will go through a quality check and following the product approval your refund will be processed. This can take upto 7 days.

What is the buyer exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we allow a one time exchange. However, please note that the shipping charges are non refundable. In case we have to arrange the reverse pick up, there is an additional charge of Rs.150 + Rs.50 for every additional item. We strongly suggest you review the Size Guide before placing your order to avoid this.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

When will I get my refund?

It will take 7-14 days to process your refund once the returned product has been approved by our quality check team.We will issue store credit equivalent to the selling price of the product.

What are the shipping charges?

We have partnered with reputed logistic companies which deliver within 3-5 working days however we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to reasons beyond our control such as flight delays etc.

How can I check my order status?

Option 1: Following confirmation of your order, we send you an email with an order tracking ID and link where you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
